I would like to take this time to recognize my nurse Maryann White for her genuine and caring heart when taking care of me. I really enjoy the fact that she would always go above and beyond while taking the time with my needs. As she would come into my room she always had a smile on her face which made me smile. She never once made me feel as if I had a need or want. My stay here has been so enriched with her spontaneous personality. We got along so great and I have to say that she has to be the best nurse I've ever had through my stay here at Brooks. We would not have a moment where we weren't dying laughing due to us joking and being silly. I will truly miss her and could not thank her enough. She is passionate about her job and it shows. She doesn't even seem stressed when she has a busy shift and if she was, I felt like I was always able to say something to make her laugh or ease her mind and make her shift worthwhile. I wish she would have been my nurse day in and day out but I'm so grateful for the times I did have her. If I could I would bring her home with me but I can't. So Maryann, thank you for all that you have truly done for me. There are not enough words or actions I could say or do to show my appreciation for the care and love you have given and shown helping me through the hardest time of my life. Just know you will truly be missed and I'm so grateful for all you've done.
