The nurses who work on the MEE 12th floor in the Morse Laser Center, Fluorescein Department, and Infusion Area work together flawlessly. There are so many beautiful, long-term nurse/patient relationships formed in our areas because we see the same patients again and again. I always have feedback from the patients about bonds that are made with each nurse. The nurses show empathy, advocate for their patients, and relationships develop with mutual respect and trust. The nurses on this team are ready for any assignment each morning. All give attention to detail, plan for upcoming needs, exhibit effective communication, curiosity, and are very hardworking.
