May is my angel. Connection with patients and families through trust and emotional support, a positive attitude, and dignity and respect are qualities of a DAISY nurse, May Lloren exemplifies all of these and more. She is one of the best nurses I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. When you are sick, you put all of your trust into the nurse caring for you, and hope you got "the good one." I did with May. Her smile and love she offers is like healing medicine. When May is my nurse, I feel safe.
She is always happy, and her positivity is contagious to all who are around her. She is not afraid to get close with her patients, she would hug me when I needed a hug, and always reassured me that she was there for me. She is a loving nurse and the world needs more of her.
