She is not just an asset to Lakeland Clinic but to the Willmar CentraCare Community. She is multiple rays of sunshine that reflect on all of us.
Meagan comes to work every day with a positive attitude and a laugh that is infectious to be around. My office is near her patient rooms and her laugh is heard throughout the day as she shares her positivity with patients. She receives numerous positive comments on the Press Ganey reports. Here is an example of a few comments:
1. Meagan always goes above and beyond, she is wonderful and such a joy.
2. Meagan is a very caring professional.
3. Her compassion for the patients she takes care of is above and beyond.
4. Meagan was present and listened to me. She asked appropriate questions and explained the plan. She was very compassionate.
5. From start to finish the experience was positive.
She has helped provide coverage in Urgent Care at the Main Clinic multiple times when that service was struggling to find providers to meet their needs. She traveled to Granite Falls every Friday to assist with care at Project Turnabout. She always goes above and beyond. She was recently a preceptor for a new APRN in Urgent Care at the Main Clinic. She is a leader and role model in the implementation and ongoing support for team-based care. She started at Searching for Meaning and Integrating Vision on the scale for the Seven Stages of Transition. She could see the benefits and practices of team-based care every day. She is not just an asset to Lakeland Clinic but to the Willmar CentraCare Community. She is multiple rays of sunshine that reflect on all of us. I am so thankful I have the privilege to see the difference she is making every day. She is so deserving of the DAISY Award for the impact she has on patients and their families every day.
