Mechell York went way over and beyond the line of help! My daughter is a 2 year old special needs toddler who has a lot of medical needs. Which leads me to Mechell, my daughter has for the past 3 months had some swallowing issues and I called Nurse Mechell every day asking her to please get word to Doctor H. And she did and also when my daughter was losing weight and aspirating I called Nurse Mechell on it very quickly. She called and got us in immediately. When we got to Doctor H's office the Doctor took one look at our daughter and said she had been choking and that it's best that my daughter get the G-button procedure done. And also I can't forget to mention she called our DME company and just really listened to my concerns and fears, and helped ME stay strong through it all!

The day of my daughter's surgery she kept up with how everything went. And prayed for her.
