Megan has been compassionate, caring, and empathetic of our situation the moment her shift started. I understand that nurses are trained to remove their feelings and not get involved emotionally, but Megan was able to balance her work and still able to provide exemplary healthcare services to my mother and treat me and my father with that same kindness. Megan is diligent, attentive, and tirelessly cared for my mother around the clock. She made sure to explain everything she was going to do to assure my mother. I can't tell you how invaluable Megan was to my family in this tough situation that we suddenly found ourselves in. She is truly a credit to her profession and this organization and to what I believe is at the core of what a nurse is. My family and I would like to thank Megan for the care she provided and wish that I could find the words to convey how truly thankful we are.
