Meghan is such an eager learner with an impeccable bedside manner. She is always willing to help her team out when they need help. She picks up time on the unit on her days off. She asks questions and has such a great knowledge base. Meghan recently helped a patient with confusion by allowing him to FaceTime his family with her cellphone to calm him down and decrease his anxiety. This selfless act provided the patient with comfort and lessened his fears about his hospitalization. As a newer member of the Noyes Health team, Meghan is one of the nurses that immediately stuck out to me when I started. I am proud to work on her team and would be happy to have her care for any of my loved ones!

She has shown patience, caring, and genuine empathy toward residents. On the evening with no aids, she went out of her way to get shower supplies and let me know where it was, checked on me, made sure I was safe. Thank you, Meghan!
