My mother was admitted to the oncology ward at KSAFH. As her daughter, I was very concerned about her and never wanted to leave her side. Nurse Melanie was the nurse taking care of her most of the time. I had many questions about my mother's illness and stay in the hospital. Nurse Melanie always answered me with a smile and kind words, putting me and my mother at ease. Her interest in my mother, her gentle manner when dealing with her, and her cheerfulness made us feel reassured, happy and fearless for whatever the future holds.
