Melinda exemplifies the nurses’ values, has extraordinary compassion, demonstrates excellence during the delivery of patient care, and compassion when caring for me. I think and feel during my personal care she answered all concerns and questions. All the facts above are important to alleviate fears and assist in a speedy recovery (this was my first major surgery).
