Melissa Lemasters, CRNA

Melissa was my CRNA for my C-section and she was amazing. From the moment we met she was caring and sincere, she sat with me at the bedside before the surgery and could tell that I was scared. I felt she did everything in her power to help ease that fear. At one point in the OR, she was trying to speak to me and the OR staff were setting things up so it was a little loud. She asked the staff to quiet down so that she knew I could hear her. She explained everything step by step and even held my hand during part of the surgery. She anticipated my needs and I felt like a had a true advocate in the OR. Melissa truly made a huge difference in my patient experience!!!!
