I am a retired health care executive and I recognize exemplary care when I see it. The staff on the 4th floor was outstanding, compassionate, and extraordinarily professional.
Meri Kohler was phenomenal in the care she provided. She provided care, took care of the parents and the rest of us. I felt like she was ever-present, anticipating needs and meeting them. The compassion with which she provided the 'aftercare' was phenomenal. They are so young and yet so gentle and understanding. Meri exemplified the best that seems to be present in all your staff.
