I'm taking care of the sick, Mrs. V who is admitted to this hospital. Unfortunately, she has moved down to get continuing treatment in ICU 2 since I wrote this letter. I felt very thankful to Nurse Methawee. I was very impressed with her nursing care because she is excellent clinically and explained the patient's condition to me (the home care provider) very clearly.
Not only this but also she has a very good bedside manner and personality. She shows compassion to not only the patient but relatives also. She gave us very good advice. On behalf of this patient, I would like to thank the hospital management team that has a very good asset in Nurse Methawee. She has a golden heart while taking care of the patients.
