Mia reviewed the patient’s chart and knew his condition and needs before her first visit. Displayed immediate attention and very caring attitude toward patient and his needs. She asked if the patient’s spouse had needs and showed much compassion and help in meeting those needs (like ordering breakfast for her – she had been at the hospital for three days with her husband and truly appreciated Mia’s concern that she hadn’t eaten a meal since coming to the hospital). Mia is like a ray of sunshine after weeks of rainy days and storms. We are blessed to have her here in Transylvania staff. We would describe her as extraordinary, excellent, super, or angelic. She is a precious lady and a hard worker. May God always bless her, for she is a blessing to others.
