Micah was a tremendous advocate for me in the ER. I was in tremendous discomfort and he kept speaking to the doctor and got me exceptional care and my pain managed. At one point, I was going to leave rather than being admitted and my mother was upset and distracted about my behavior. First Micah sat down with me and gave me a real heart-to-heart about the seriousness of my condition and explained how he'd advocated for my comfort and care and that it was crucial that I be admitted. Then he found my distraught mother and prayed with her and hugged her. He went above and beyond with his nursing.

I just want to share my deep appreciation of the kindness shown to me by your nurse, Micah. I arrived at the ER with my daughter. She was admitted to the hospital that afternoon. My husband and I have been to the ER with my child many times in the past 9 years, always a professional and kind attitude by all staff. Micah provided a kind, professional, and a deep caring to me. I will never forget the kindness to my soul. Thank you again Micah.
