Micah Lawrence has gone above and beyond what is required from his position. He hunts down doctors that are on the floor, to ensure that they come to talk to me regarding my care and next steps in my treatment. When I don't understand, he uses "lay" terms and easily understood analogies. He is always one step ahead of instructions from the doctors and always prepared to provide accurate information to the doctors.
Micah has made recommendations regarding my meds to the doctors and they always seem to agree with his recommendations. He has a great bedside manner and he is very in tune to my needs. He has done everything possible to ensure my comfort with a smile on his face. I know that he is limited in his time to provide exceptional care, and I know that I'm not his only patient, yet Micah makes me feel like I'm his only concern.
