He took great care of me and allowed me to reduce my stress and anxiety about my cardiac event. Michael made me feel like I was human and the only person who mattered. His level of professionalism and care was absolutely above and beyond any care that I have ever or will ever receive. Michael is clearly the example for all RNs to follow.
