Michael Aguila, BSN, PCCN

Mike is a great example of what a team leader is. He is always willing to help, even when he is busy. There are many nights when he is willing to take patients or admissions for nurses that are behind. He will even help administer medications to help a nurse catch up. He is cool, calm, and collected during the most intense situations. He also loves to help teach others ways to handle stress and time management. He treats staff like they are family and knows how to make everyone feel comfortable. I recognize his hard work and dedication to this unit.
