I came in for my first major surgery and Mike was very kind with not only his words but also his care. He made me feel at ease and ensured all staff involved in my care knew of my anxious state. He advocated for me every step of the way throughout the whole time I was in the hospital.

After being intubated, my surgery was quickly canceled due to safety concerns, and my surgery was rescheduled. Mike also worked this day and he ensured he checked up on me advocated for me and took wonderful care of me providing me with dignity and kindness... even though he wasn't my nurse on the rescheduled surgical date.
