He's been really helpful. My baby is 20 months old, and in the last 1.5 years, I've made a lot of calls. He was informative and kind and offered lots of clear information; he was to the point. My baby was sick over the winter, and I've called many times. It wasn't bad, but this was exceptional. I feel very confident and very good after speaking with him. He was clear and to the point, nice. Many times, with my language, people don't always understand me because even though I am fluent in English, they seem to rush me. He did not. This was a very good call.
