My husband was admitted to Good Samaritan Hospital with acute respiratory symptoms and was in the NS ICU and was on a ventilator. Michael was one of his nurses who took care of him daily for three or four days. He was very kind and compassionate towards both my husband and my family. He was constantly checking in to make sure my husband was okay. My husband was on the ventilator for four days and all the days, Michael was very reassuring to the family and answered all of our questions patiently. He treated my husband with respect and compassion, always telling him what he was doing even though my husband was sedated. I understand he was also keeping in touch with the night nurse.
