Michael has been extremely patient and kind to my dad who has been difficult combative. He made me feel o.k. to leave and go back to my hotel without worrying. The last time I was in this hospital was when my young brother died here a long time ago, so I was really feeling yucky to be back here. But Michael made me feel like everything is o.k. He deserves recognition for his dedication and care to my dad and his job.
