The purpose of this note is to commend Michael McGuire, RN for helping us when we were looking for our loved one. We found Michael to be extremely kind, informative and he handled our situation with the utmost professionalism. Without his help, we would be devastated emotionally. We know that without Michael, your facility would not run as smoothly nor would patients' families be well informed and helped emotionally.
