Michaela is one of the best nurses I know. Every single day she is here, she always has a smile on her face and a positive attitude. There is not one story that sticks out because she is amazing every day. Even as an older nurse (than her), I admire her and aspire to act the way she does. She provides excellent patient care, always going above and beyond for her patients. Beyond being an amazing, caring, thoughtful, and proactive nurse, she is a beautifully positive soul to have as a coworker. She is always finding ways to bring us all together. She seeks out knowledge and activities to educate others. She has a drive and a passion to better herself which is absolutely contagious. I am so blessed to get to work with her and grow with her.
