From Day One of my son's admission Michele was the very first nurse to talk to me and comfort me, knowing it was overwhelming being at a new place. She was very caring. During our stay she would always see how I was doing, even when she wasn't his nurse. She really helped me feel comfortable. Michele always answered my questions and gave me helpful information. She made our stay better by always smiling and greeting us whenever we saw her around the hospital. It was wonderful having a familiar face and nurse who truly cares about my son during this stressful time. I just want to thank her for the extra support.
