Michele made my daily infusions much more tolerable with her shining personality, sense of humor, love, and charisma.
Imagine my fear and panic in discovering that I had an infection that might result in amputation. Although I am extremely thankful for modern-day medicine, my frustration grew in discovering that I had to complete a daily six weeklong infusion treatment while working full-time, juggling my kid's sports schedules, and going back to school to complete my college degree.
Michele put my mind at ease on day one of my infusion treatment with her professionalism. She is highly competent and knowledgeable in her field and answered all the questions I had while undergoing treatment. Michele is also incredibly thoughtful as she adjusted her daily schedule to come in earlier for my treatments so I could make it to my job on time and adjusted her schedule on the weekends as well, so I was still able to catch my kid's games on the weekend.
Michele made my daily infusions much more tolerable with her shining personality, sense of humor, love, and charisma. She genuinely cares for her patients and their well-being. To my knowledge, Michele is the only nurse in the infusion department, yet never complains and handles each task she comes into contact with with a smile, positive attitude, and determination. She is a natural caregiver, and I am fortunate to have had her care for me during my treatments. Michele is a valuable asset to NNRH and to the community of Elko.
