May 2020 Honoree
Michelle Adaya, RN
After moving to the room from the Emergency Department, the computers were down, and the room was extremely hot. I had a neck brace on, a long beard, and was over 2 hours late on my pain meds. I went into a full panic attack. Michelle held my hand, reassuring me the entire time. She stayed with me until my panic attack started to subside. The Lord truly sent her as His Angel for me. Please give her a 40% raise.
Thank you, Michelle, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
