Michelle is compassionate, friendly, a problem solver, a leader, a go-getter, dependable, and she won't give up. She loves her work and it's not just a paycheck.
Michelle worked 7 am until 9 pm the day I had surgery. We were having trouble getting my daily meds. I went into a straight panic. Michelle saw it on my face and made it her number one priority to get my medicine. And she did succeed. Michelle also checked up on me so many times that I didn't have to push my button. She took the time to explain everything to me about my meds, my surgery, the pain. Michelle comforted me way beyond the call of her duty. She listened to me and responded in a compassionate way.
I observed her with other patients and co-workers, and she is super compassionate and understanding, a listener, a problem solver, a go-getter, a member of this team. It is not just the patients that depend on her, the staff does as well. Michelle is awesome and truly a blessing!
