It had been days since my husband had shaved before entering the hospital. He was on an anticoagulant, so a regular razor couldn't be used. Michelle located a shaver downstairs, borrowed it, and came upstairs to bathe and shave my husband. She was always so compassionate and responsive, even when my husband was a bit challenging. He has been in a hospital 4 times in 7 months, Dell Seton being the 5th stay and the 4th different facility. I say this because we have a lot of comparisons to make. Michelle is in a class by herself - no other nurse has come close to her in every aspect of care and compassion. Dell Seton is very fortunate to have her!
