Michelle did so many things that went above and beyond during my stay of 5 days. I had to have help going to the bathroom and not once did Michelle complain about coming in to help me and having to unplug the machine each time. Michelle noticed that my legs were dry, so she gave me lotion and also put some on my legs for me. She thought of everything, even washed my hair for me. It was the little things that made Michelle stand out to me.
Every time I had to use my call bell, I did not have to wait more than a minute for someone to come in. Michelle kept encouraging me and made me feel comfortable while I was there. I had to be transferred and Michelle came running to my room to let me know the ambulance was there and helped calm me down and prayed with me which gave me much comfort. She was head and shoulders above everyone.
