Mihaela's warmth and attentiveness make my painful situation better.
My partner has been admitted and received care at Sequoia Hospital. He received care from a lot of staff, Mihaela has been such a great RN that we both feel relieved when she walks into the room. During a night when he was in terrible pain, she took the time to listen to how the meds were affecting him compared to other medications, explain the current order, and provide reassurance that his needs were heard and she would advocate. She is always very clear with next-steps, plans and provides follow-up checks and updates as she can.
