While on duty as the charge nurse, Mike went above and beyond the call of duty to try to find a placement for Coffee, a dog brought in with a patient placed on a 72-hour hold. His dedication displayed Baptist Health's core values in the highest way. 

Mike went out of his way to assure a patient that his dog, Coffee, would be taken care of. The patient was going to another facility, and Mike was able to get an off-duty employee to watch Coffee while the patient was off campus. The patient was comforted by Mike’s diligence and was more willing to go to the other facility. 

Mike did an incredible job of finding the best solution for Coffee, the patient, and the staff. Security will always remember your good deed!
