There is not just a single story that explains why Mandy is great at what she does. She demonstrates compassion, collaboration, and clinical excellence every single day. She is truly great with every single one of her patients. She goes above and beyond to guide patients to be better versions of themselves. Mandy listens to patient concerns and follows through with patients far beyond their quick clinic appointment. Working largely with the homeless, jail, and addicted population, Mandy demonstrates patience, compassion, and empathy. She meets patients where they are at to provide them with the care that they need, in the way that they need it. Patients compliment her as a provider, are excited to come back, and continuously express their appreciation for what she does, even if she doesn’t always get to hear it. Mandy is not only great with her patients. She is also an essential member of our clinic. She collaborates with all members of the clinic to aid in exceptional patient care. Mandy walks in everyday with a smile, and brings up the mood in the clinic the second she walks in. She demonstrates clinical excellence through her knowledge and professionalism. She is always willing to help out when questions arise, or when we are short providers.
