In my life, people are not nice to me; they look down on me and judge me according to my mental health, disability, and historic drug abuse, but this lady has been so precious. I'd usually have self-discharged but I stayed due to Molly. She has been warm, kind, sensitive, caring, and understanding of my issues and illnesses, which has made my experience easier and more comfortable. She explained everything thoroughly so I understood all that was happening and going to happen. Nothing has been too much trouble for Molly and I felt no judgment from her either. A beautiful woman inside and out, and a credit to the Nottingham City Hospital as well as to the NHS in general. Thank you doesn't seem enough so I would like to recognize Molly for her hard work, dedication, and kindness.
