Molly recently took care of a patient in the ER, who took the time to make known what outstanding care she provided to not only the patient, but his wife as well.   They sent Molly a card recognizing her for the great care she provided.  The note stated, “Thank you forever, you are so good at what you do.   You saved my bacon.  I will be forever grateful.  A thank you from both of us”.   

This is just one of many examples of how Molly lives our mission in her work.  She is not only an expert ED clinician but also consistently exhibits kindness, compassion, and empathy for those in her care.  She projects calmness in situations where there can be stress and anxiety.   Patients know they are in good hands when they have Molly as their nurse.
