Molly truly demonstrates a caring attitude in all situations. She took care of a patient that the family decided to withdraw care on. She was there for the family throughout the whole process. When they extubated the patient, Molly helped the daughter put lipstick on the patient so that they could make a print of a “kiss” on a piece of paper. The daughter wanted this tattooed on herself to have a piece of her mother with her. The daughter was so grateful for Molly’s care and praised her for going above and beyond. The daughter said that it was a strange request but that she was glad they were able to do it.
