I had a code on my unit. Monica was extraordinary in assisting with the code. She jumped right on it with no hesitation. Other nurses were there, but Monica was the first to assist me. As I gave compressions, she diligently ambued her and co-entered so I could focus and keep my rhythm. Without her assisting, the patient would not have gotten through it. I am so grateful to her. She is compassionate, goes the extra mile to assist any one of us nurses in need of help and takes care of our patients with compassion and great knowledge. She is priceless and an asset to Surrey Place nursing and to all her patients. Thank you, Monica, you have restored my faith in nursing.
