My husband was a patient on the second floor not once but twice. He had Ms. Morgan both times as a surgical patient when he had both his knees done.
As soon as Ms. Morgan entered the room she changed the atmosphere. Her bubbly smile is such a delight. She has what can only be described as an innate, God-given gift – it is something that cannot be taught or learned.
All your staff members have been good and helpful. She just has that extra something and we have been blessed to have known her. That is our story of a special nurse, Morgan.
