Morgan was exceptional during my stay on Frost 3. She showed much compassion and was a pleasure to see enter my room as she always had a smile to brighten the post-surgery time. I had experienced nausea the first 1.5 days and also had itching extensively from the pain medication. Morgan researched for another pain drug for me to try to see if such would diminish the itching that I was experiencing. She was very professional and kind - two elements that are not easy to project when in a constant critical care/demanding area after major surgery. She definitely left me with excellent memories of my time at South County. She's an exceptional example of what superb hospital staff should exemplify!
