Moses Lyagoba

Mr. Lyagoba Moses is an Assistant District health Officer in Charge of Maternal Health, Child Health, and Family planning in Kamuli District. He is a nurse leader with special qualities that have promoted midwifery services leading to the reduction of maternal morbidity and mortality. He has mentored several nurses and midwives and effectively carried out support supervision. He impresses research and advocates for evidence-based practice in the delivery of care to patients and clients. He has worked with the leadership of the district to promote activities of UNMU and is an advocate for improved working conditions for nurses and midwives
