ARN always goes above and beyond to care for her patients and their families. She recently assisted a traveler leaving on an emergent trip to the Congo to be with a dying family member. ARN was able to connect with her member while they were on a flight layover. She was able to assist her member by providing support, she was also able to help problem solve how to obtain a very necessary medication to keep her safe while traveling. ARN consistently provides this kind of support to every caller she connects with. Her compassion with her callers is present in every interaction.
