Na Da Lo, RN

My dad was hospitalized with septic shock and pneumonia. As we got more testing done, we found out he also had lung cancer that had metastasized. This was a huge hit all at once for our family. Na Da was hit with so many questions from me about how to help support my dad. She was able to multi-task by doing her job and answering my questions. She showed such professionalism by helping me with patient care. She called the PCT to make sure the care facility my dad was going to had a doctor on hand for his medications. I was leaving the hospital in a daze, but Na Da made me feel well-equipped to handle our situation.
