Naghmeh always goes above and beyond when caring for our patients. Naghmeh makes sure that all resources needed are provided for them. She looked for a pair of shoes for a patient who was scheduled for discharge but came in with no shoes. She took care of our non-verbal patient on the spectrum with a lot of patience and compassion.

Upon the patient’s discharge, Naghmeh made sure that everything was taken care of including, his follow-up appointments and prescriptions. She is a well-rounded RN who wears multiple hats and does each role with compassion and integrity. She is a superb mentor to our new hires, a helpful peer to co-nurses, an advocate for patients, and a dedicated associate for the organization. She has great initiative and is always detailed and organized.

As an RN, Naghmeh is the epitome of excellence in almost everything she does because she does it with compassion and dedication. She gives input on how to make things run smoothly on the units, steps in, and work extra shift when staffing need is dire. She is highly involved in multiple committees and takes that role very seriously and reports back to the unit through our unit meetings. She also coordinates an infection prevention initiative for all associates at St. Elizabeth. Naghmeh is also very artistic and has assisted this NM many times in successfully launching associate engagement events in the unit.
