Nancy Kelly 2023, RN

Nancy is a nurse that goes beyond her call of duty. She is a nurse who knows what I need before I do, but she is also a compassionate nurse. If I need prayer or a shoulder to cry on she is there. Nancy can walk in and her nursing skills will always be first on hand and spot on. She can look at me and tell something is off from just knowing me for a few hours and reading my chart.

Her compassion for me and my husband when I was a patient and we lost our son, she went the extra mile right after his funeral and made sure we were comfortable and well looked after no matter what floor we were on and always popped in to check on us and has not lost contact. Whenever I check in this hospital, she goes out of her way to fund the small things that count. I drive all the way from Arab Alabama to come to the hospital because of Nurses but Nancy Kelly stands out far beyond extraordinary.
