Nancy always talks to me and doesn’t make me sad to be here. She makes being here fun. She talks to me directly and always asks me questions about how I’m feeling. She always makes good conversation with me and talks to me about other things besides the reason I’m here.

Nancy is truly one of the best nurses at PCH. Every nurse should be just like her! This is the perfect job for Nancy! I appreciate her taking such awesome care of my little girl.

We just adore Nancy; she really was a light and joy during our visit here at PCH. She was just so amazing with our daughter who is non-verbal, but the way Nancy engaged with her just warmed my heart. Nancy’s tone, enthusiasm, and the way she truly paid attention to our daughter was simply wonderful. Additionally, she was very attentive, organized, and able to provide any assistance when needed (e.g. meds, diaper changes, etc.). Thank you, Nancy, for being amazing all around and being so kind to our daughter.
