Natalia has a sweet, gentle soul and always looks for ways to support our patients & families. She has a way to meet them where they are, sit with them, listen, and provide a space where the patient & family feels safe and at ease. Additionally, she looks for ways to support her teammates. Recently, she noticed me (as a leader), was dealing with some team frustrations during huddle. As a leader, team dynamics can greatly impact your willingness to continue in your role.
