Natalie goes above and beyond for her patients! She also sees the potential in oneself even if you yourself don't or can't at the moment. She is an angel on earth and should be treated as such. I haven't had a nurse like this in very many years, since I was about 15 years old (I am now in my thirties). She helped to bring my spirit up when I didn't see how good I was or came off to others. Her words hold power. She is not just in this career for the money. She played music for us on July 4th. She enjoyed the music just as much as we did (the patients). She made sure we all played different music and had fun. When it was time for me to leave she explained everything to me about my discharge paperwork. She genuinely cares about her patients!
