Natalie is one of the most caring nurses we had while my mom was in the hospital. She was so tender and loving she made my mom feel like she was the only special one on her shift! She explained procedures or medications to me in a way that I could understand. When I had to make the decision to the next rehab place she made me feel like I made the right decision. I'm sure you have many wonderful nurses but I found Natalie was the one I went to when I had a question or just needed a reassuring smile!
