Natasha Lee helped to stabilize my 98-year-old father who was shaking violently due to a severe infection and dehydration. But the key factor was he has just heard the news that his oldest brother died at age 102, leaving him the only remaining child in the family.
My dad is a WW2 veteran and very stalwart who does not show weakness but for the first time in my life, he seemed to be falling apart. Also, his hearing and sight are severely impaired. A person must stand right at his ear for him to hear. It requires a great deal of patience to manage him especially since he is not used to being vulnerable.
Natasha's consistent patience and expert care and initiative in response to all his needs, both medical and emotional, restored his health and his dignity. We are forever grateful.

Natasha made me comfortable. If I needed anything from the doctor or had questions, she went out of her way for me. I was finally able to get some rest.

Natasha was always attentive, taking a moment to come and say hello. She made my mother feel like she was at home. My mom was so depressed but when Natasha came into the room she lifted her spirit.
