Our 74-year-old mom was admitted to the ICU. Nobody likes to be in the hospital, period. However, Nattacha brought our family strength and comfort from the minute she arrived to the minute our mom was transferred to the other room. Nattacha would consistently check up on us and Mom, always patiently explaining what was happening, more than once, if needed, until we understood.

When we left Mom to go home, I felt she was in good hands with Nattacha. I could sleep and wouldn’t have to worry. I really felt that Nattacha would put herself in our shoes and understood everything we were experiencing with Mom. She went above and beyond to make my mom feel secure and comfortable. Natty's tireless devotion and skilled passion for our mom made a huge impression on us. She stood out as a nurse who was willing and able to go beyond the normal call of duty. I’m so grateful for Nattacha and will always be.
