My stay at VMC was a rewarding experience. Having Navjot as my caregiver was the most wonderful feeling because this nurse is a person that shows she loves working with people, caring for every need to its fullest.
Navjot was very prompt, thoughtful and very professional. She also was full of empathy; concern and she had a great smile too! I felt safe and cared for by her. Navjot answered all and any questions about my care and does it in a most positive manner. She made me feel trust, with never having to ask for anything ever during my time with her as my nurse.
Navjot went above and beyond. I want to say thank you for making me feel so well cared for as a patient.
